Estefanía Ruiz Frigenti
I’m Estefanía Ruiz Frigenti, founder of MindsetsBody. With over 15 years of teaching experience, a BSc in Psychology, and qualifications in PE and Personal Training, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others grow stronger — both physically and mentally.
My own journey with two metabolic conditions and suffering from anxiety taught me that fitness is far more than aesthetics. It is the path to resilience, confidence, and joy. That’s why I created MindsetsBody: to offer trauma-informed, empowering wellness for mums, schools, and communities.”*

My Journey
“My own path has not been simple. Living with hypothyroidism and lipedema has shown me what it feels like to struggle with your body and mental health. For years, I searched for answers — until I found that fitness, when approached with compassion and science, could transform not only my body but my entire life.
I turned my challenges into fuel to create MindsetsBody: a safe, empowering, and premium space where women and communities can find strength, joy, and healing.”
